Airport Terminal Services Agent Fresher

We are looking for an Airport Terminal Services Agent in Bhopal, India. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures. You will help ensure a smooth process by guiding them through the necessary steps and providing them with information about their flights.

Handle luggage and cargo. This includes loading and unloading baggage, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered to the correct flights.

Provide customer service. You will address passenger inquiries and complaints, offering assistance and solutions to ensure a positive travel experience.

Maintain a clean and organized terminal area. This involves keeping waiting areas, ticket counters, and other spaces tidy to promote a pleasant environment for everyone.

Coordinate with airline staff and security. You will work closely with different teams to facilitate smooth operations and ensure safety throughout the terminal.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and have good communication skills. You should be able to interact politely and clearly with passengers and other staff.

A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential for this role. You must be ready to assist passengers and handle various situations with patience.

Being able to work in a team and adapt to rapidly changing environments is important. Flexibility regarding shift hours is also a key requirement, as airport operations run 24/7.
