Airport Terminal Services Agent - Full Time - Freshers

As an Airport Terminal Services Agent, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling at the airport terminal. You will ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for all customers by providing excellent customer service and adhering to airline regulations and safety protocols. Additionally, you will work closely with airline staff and ground crew to coordinate flight operations and accommodate passenger needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes

- Assist passengers with special requests or requirements

- Handle baggage and ensure proper loading onto aircraft

- Communicate flight information and updates to passengers

- Resolve customer inquiries or issues in a professional manner

Required Skills and Expectations:
