Airport Executive Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic Airport Staff in Ranchi, India. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade. The role involves assisting passengers and ensuring a smooth airport experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting Passengers: You will help travelers check in, find their gates, and provide information about flights and airport services.

2. Baggage Handling: You will be responsible for guiding passengers in luggage check-in and ensuring that bags are safely transported to the correct aircraft.

3. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the airport environment clean is essential, so you will help maintain tidiness in terminals and waiting areas.

4. Customer Service: You will address passenger inquiries and assist with any issues, ensuring a positive travel experience.

5. Coordination with Staff: Working closely with other airport personnel, you will help coordinate flight schedules, manage boarding procedures, and support security operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have good communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues. A friendly and helpful attitude is essential for providing excellent customer service. You should be proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage tasks efficiently. Basic computer skills are beneficial for checking passenger information.
