Hiring Freshers || Airport Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Staff in Kolkata. This full-time position is suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet and assist passengers at various checkpoints, answer their queries, and provide information about flight schedules and airport facilities to ensure a smooth travel experience.

- Check-In Support: Help passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and tagging luggage, to streamline the boarding process.

- Security Procedures: Assist in maintaining security protocols by checking passenger IDs, luggage, and carrying out necessary screening to ensure safety at the airport.

- Baggage Handling: Assist in loading and unloading luggage, ensuring that passengers’ belongings are handled with care and delivered to the correct terminal.

- Maintenance of Cleanliness: Ensure that the airport area remains clean and organized by monitoring shared spaces and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate team.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. A friendly and positive attitude is essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills are a plus for handling check-in systems. Punctuality and reliability are crucial, as this role involves shift work and the requirement to be present for scheduled shifts.
