**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Greet and assist passengers at various checkpoints, answer their queries, and provide information about flight schedules and airport facilities to ensure a smooth travel experience.

- **Check-In Support:** Help passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and tagging luggage, to streamline the boarding process.

- **Security Procedures:** Assist in maintaining security protocols by checking passenger IDs, luggage, and carrying out necessary screening to ensure safety at the airport.

- **Baggage Handling:** Assist in loading and unloading luggage, ensuring that passengers’ belongings are handled with care and delivered to the correct terminal.

- **Maintenance of Cleanliness:** Ensure that the airport area remains clean and organized by monitoring shared spaces and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate team.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. A friendly and positive attitude is essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills are a plus for handling check-in systems. Punctuality and reliability are crucial, as this role involves shift work and the requirement to be present for scheduled shifts.
