**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Check-in Assistance:** Help passengers with check-in procedures, ensuring they have the correct documents and information for their flight. This includes scanning boarding passes and luggage tags.

- **Customer Service:** Provide friendly and efficient service to passengers. Answer their questions, address concerns, and assist with special requests to enhance their travel experience.

- **Luggage Handling:** Manage the proper loading and unloading of passenger luggage, ensuring it is handled with care to prevent damage.

- **Safety Protocols:** Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times. This includes monitoring passenger behavior and reporting any suspicious activity to maintain airport security.

- **Operational Support:** Assist in various operational tasks as needed, such as coordinating with other team members and supporting flight operations to ensure timely departures.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade, and previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
