**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high standards of service and satisfaction.

- **Monitoring Flight Schedules:** Stay updated with flight schedules and announcements, directing passengers and staff as needed.
