Job Overview:
We are hiring a professional Airport Ground Staff to ensure smooth airport operations in Shimla while providing an excellent travel experience for all passengers. The role involves guiding travelers, managing check-ins, assisting with baggage, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure formalities, ensuring minimal waiting time.
Provide accurate flight schedules, gate directions, and travel assistance.
Handle baggage management, luggage tagging, and verification of passenger documents.
Address passenger queries, complaints, and last-minute travel concerns professionally.
Coordinate with airline staff, ground handling teams, and airport security to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to airport safety standards and airline operational protocols.
Assist elderly, disabled, or families traveling with children for a comfortable experience.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) mandatory.
Knowledge of aviation operations or customer service training is an added advantage.
