We are seeking a professional Airport Ground Staff to ensure smooth airport operations at Raipur and provide passengers with a seamless travel experience. The role involves assisting travelers with check-in, boarding, luggage handling, and offering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and departure processes efficiently.

Provide accurate flight details, gate information, and travel guidance.

Handle baggage tagging, luggage management, and passenger documentation.

Professionally resolve passenger queries, complaints, and last-minute travel concerns.

Coordinate with airline staff, airport authorities, and ground handling teams.

Ensure strict adherence to airport safety standards and operational protocols.

Support elderly passengers, families, and travelers requiring special assistance.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) mandatory.

Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is a plus.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems.
