Job Summary
Ground Staff are responsible for providing passenger support and ensuring smooth airport and flight operations. The role involves customer service, check-in assistance, boarding procedures, baggage handling coordination, and compliance with safety and security regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures
Verify travel documents, tickets, and identification
Handle passenger queries and provide accurate flight information
Coordinate baggage handling and ensure proper tagging
Assist passengers with special needs (elderly, children, disabled travelers)
Manage boarding gates and ensure timely departure of flights
Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and airline policies
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required
Coordinate with cabin crew, security, and airport authorities

Educational Qualifications
Minimum: High School / 10+2 pass
Diploma or degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism preferred
