Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Airport Ground Staff professional to manage passenger services and ensure seamless airport operations. The role involves assisting travelers during check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure formalities.
Provide clear and accurate flight schedules, gate information, and travel guidance.
Manage baggage tagging, luggage handling, and passenger documentation.
Handle passenger queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Coordinate with airline staff, airport operations teams, and security personnel.
Ensure compliance with airport safety regulations and airline procedures.
Provide support to elderly, differently-abled, and special assistance passengers.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) is required.
Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is a plus.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and passenger handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and understanding of airport systems.
