Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional Airport Ground Staff to support airport and airline operations while ensuring a smooth and comfortable travel experience for passengers. The role involves assisting travelers during check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and providing excellent customer service at the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure procedures.
Provide accurate flight information, boarding gate details, and travel guidance.
Handle baggage tagging, luggage coordination, and passenger documentation.
Resolve passenger queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with airline staff, airport operations teams, and security personnel.
Ensure compliance with airport safety regulations and airline service standards.
Provide assistance to elderly passengers, families, and special assistance travelers.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) required.
Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training will be an advantage.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and passenger handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and airport system understanding.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced airport environment.
