Airport Ground Staff
Job Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Airport Ground Staff professional to ensure smooth airport operations and a seamless travel experience for passengers. The role includes assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and delivering top-quality customer service at the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure procedures efficiently.
Provide accurate flight details, gate information, and travel assistance.
Handle baggage tagging, luggage management, and passenger documentation.
Address passenger queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with airline teams, airport staff, and security personnel for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to airport safety standards and airline protocols.
Support elderly, disabled, and special assistance passengers as required.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) mandatory.
Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is an advantage.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and passenger assistance abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with airport systems.
