Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist passengers with check-in procedures and luggage handling: Ensure that passengers are checked in efficiently and their luggage is properly tagged and sent to the correct flight.
2. Provide customer service at boarding gates: Assist passengers with boarding procedures, answer any questions or concerns, and ensure smooth boarding process.
3. Monitor security checkpoints: Help enforce security protocols and ensure that passengers are following proper procedures while going through security checkpoints.
4. Assist with aircraft maintenance and cleaning: Help coordinate cleaning crews and maintenance staff to ensure that aircraft are clean and in proper working order.
5. Handle lost and found items: Assist passengers in locating lost items, document found items, and ensure that they are returned to their rightful owners.
