Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers with check-in and boarding

Baggage handling, tagging, and monitoring

Customer service & query resolution

Support elderly, children, and special needs passengers

Coordinate with airport authorities and airline operations

Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols

Eligibility Criteria

12th Pass minimum

Fluent in English & Hindi

Physically fit & medically cleared for airport duties

Professional grooming and positive customer service attitude

Mandatory Certification

Only AIATC Certificate accepted

Other certificates will not be considered

Salary & Benefits

25,000 60,000/month (depending on experience & airport)
