Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Airport Ground Staff professional to manage airport operations and deliver a seamless passenger experience. The role includes assisting travelers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure procedures efficiently.
Provide accurate flight schedules, gate information, and travel assistance.
Handle baggage tagging, luggage management, and passenger documentation.
Address passenger queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with airline staff, airport authorities, and security teams.
Ensure compliance with airport safety standards and airline procedures.
Support elderly, differently-abled, and special assistance passengers as needed.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) is mandatory.
Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is a plus.
Required Skills:
