Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional Airport Ground Staff to manage airport operations efficiently while providing an exceptional passenger experience. The role involves assisting travelers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and delivering superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure procedures.
Provide accurate flight schedules, gate details, and travel guidance.
Handle baggage tagging, luggage coordination, and passenger documentation.
Resolve passenger queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with airline staff, airport authorities, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain compliance with airport safety regulations and airline protocols.
Support elderly, differently-abled, and special assistance passengers.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) mandatory.
Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is advantageous.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and passenger handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and understanding of airport systems.
