We are looking for a dedicated Airport Ground Staff professional to manage airport operations in Dharamshala while ensuring passengers have a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. The role involves assisting travelers at various stages of their journey and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide passengers through check-in, boarding, and departure procedures efficiently.

Provide timely flight updates, gate information, and travel guidance.

Manage baggage tagging, luggage handling, and verification of travel documents.

Professionally handle passenger queries, complaints, and special requests.

Collaborate with airline staff, airport authorities, and security personnel for smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with airport safety standards and airline protocols.

Assist elderly passengers, families, and travelers requiring special assistance.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) mandatory.

Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is advantageous.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service orientation and passenger handling abilities.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport operations systems.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and high-paced airport environments.
