Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Airport Ground Staff professional to support airline and airport operations while delivering a smooth passenger experience. The role involves assisting travelers throughout their journey including check-in, boarding coordination, baggage handling, and providing high-quality customer service at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in procedures, boarding processes, and departure coordination.

Provide clear flight schedules, gate information, and travel guidance to passengers.

Manage baggage tagging, luggage handling, and passenger documentation verification.

Handle passenger queries, concerns, and service requests in a professional manner.

Coordinate with airline teams, airport authorities, and security staff to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain compliance with airport safety standards and airline operational procedures.

Provide support to senior citizens, families, and passengers requiring special assistance.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) is mandatory.

Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training will be an advantage.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service and passenger handling capabilities.

Basic computer proficiency and airport operations knowledge.

Ability to work in shift-based schedules and fast-paced airport environments.
