Role Overview:

We are looking for a well-spoken and presentable Airport Representative to assist and welcome passengers at Lucknow Airport, ensuring smooth coordination between passengers, airlines, and ground services.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers upon arrival and departure.

Coordinate with airlines, transportation, and hotel partners for seamless passenger handling.

Provide flight, boarding, and baggage information.

Assist VIPs, groups, and special service passengers.

Handle on-ground queries and resolve service-related issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

Age: 18 to 30 years.

Strong communication and customer handling skills.

Professional appearance and a polite, positive attitude.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
