**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Meet and Greet Passengers:** Welcome passengers at the airport, assisting them with check-in, boarding, and luggage inquiries to ensure a pleasant start to their journey.

- **Provide Information:** Offer clear and accurate information about flight schedules, terminal facilities, and any changes to travel plans to help passengers stay informed during their travel.

- **Assist with Documentation:** Help passengers with required travel documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is in order for a smooth boarding process.

- **Handle Customer Queries:** Address passengers' questions and concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions to enhance their travel experience.

- **Liaise with Airport Staff:** Coordinate with airline and airport personnel to assist with passenger needs and resolve any issues that may arise during the travel process.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade. Previous experience is not mandatory, making this a great entry-level opportunity. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with passengers and staff. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential, as is the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Basic knowledge of airport operations is a plus, and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment is crucial. You should be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
