Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring that they have the necessary documents and baggage is properly tagged.

- Boarding and Departure Management: Oversee the boarding process and confirm that all passengers are on board before the aircraft departs.

- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and concerns, providing information about flight schedules, baggage, and other airport-related services.

- Coordination with Ground Staff: Work closely with ground staff to ensure timely loading and unloading of baggage, as well as the punctuality of flight departures.

- Safety and Security Checks: Collaborate with security personnel to conduct necessary safety checks and maintain airport security protocols.
