Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Services: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and ensure a smooth travel experience. You will be the first point of contact, addressing questions and concerns with a friendly approach.

2. Baggage Handling: Oversee the check-in and loading of baggage. You will ensure that all baggage is handled efficiently and securely, following safety regulations.

3. Communication: Coordinate with other airport staff, airlines, and security to ensure seamless operations. Effective communication is essential to resolve issues quickly and maintain high service standards.

4. Emergency Procedures: Learn and understand emergency protocols. In case of any incidents, you will assist in ensuring the safety of passengers and staff.
