We are seeking a dedicated Airport Operations Executive who will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth airport operations. This position is ideal for freshers who are eager to kickstart their careers in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by helping passengers with check-ins, luggage handling, and any inquiries they may have at the airport.

2. Coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including security, baggage handling, and flight operations, to ensure timely processing of passengers and their belongings.

3. Documentation: Prepare and manage necessary documentation for flights, including boarding passes and baggage tags, ensuring compliance with regulations.

4. Security Checks: Assist in conducting necessary security protocols, ensuring the safety and security of passengers and airport premises.

5. Problem Solving: Address passenger concerns and resolve any issues that arise during airport operations promptly and effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum education level of 10th pass and possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. A keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates must be willing to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to a team. Flexibility to work various shifts in a full-time capacity is also expected, as airport operations run around the clock.
