2. **Baggage Management**: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage on aircraft, ensuring it is handled with care and follows safety protocols to prevent damage.
3. **Safety Protocols**: Follow all safety and security regulations to maintain a safe environment for both passengers and staff, including performing regular checks and reporting any issues.
4. **Coordination**: Work closely with pilots, cabin crew, and other ground staff to ensure flights depart on time, communicating any delays or issues effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess good communication skills in English and the local language.
