**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Check-In Assistance:** Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they receive boarding passes and understand their flight details.

- **Baggage Handling:** Safely handle and load luggage, ensuring it reaches the correct destination without damage.

- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent service by addressing passenger queries, helping with any issues they may face during their travel.

- **Safety and Security:** Ensure compliance with safety protocols and assist in security checks, maintaining a secure environment at the airport.

- **Flight Information:** Communicate real-time flight information to passengers, including delays and gate changes, to keep them informed.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
