Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing information about flights, boarding processes, and luggage handling.

2. **Check-in Services**: Manage the check-in process, including verifying tickets and IDs, weighing baggage, and issuing boarding passes.

3. **Luggage Handling**: Oversee the loading and unloading of luggage from the aircraft, ensuring all items are handled with care and delivered to the correct destinations.

4. **Coordinating with Teams**: Work closely with different teams, including security, cabin crew, and baggage services, to ensure all operations run efficiently.

5. **Safety Protocols**: Follow all safety guidelines and airport regulations to maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff.
