## **Job Description: Ground Staff**

### **Position Summary:**

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Ground Staff to join our team at the airport. Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers before, during, and after boarding. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival terminals.

* Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, and baggage policies.

* Check in luggage, issue boarding passes, and handle ticketing processes.

* Assist passengers with special needs, including the elderly, disabled, or those traveling with young children.

* Handle and resolve passenger inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

* Coordinate with security, maintenance, and other airport departments to ensure smooth operations.

* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and airport protocols.

* Manage reservations, cancellations, and changes in flight itineraries.

* Basic computer knowledge and ticketing software familiarity

### **Qualifications:**

* Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduation

* Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred

* Fluent in English and the local language

* Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
