primary responsibilities:

passenger assistance: greet and assist travelers during check-in, boarding, and throughout their journey, addressing inquiries and providing information about flight schedules and airport facilities.

baggage operations: manage the handling of luggage, ensuring proper loading and unloading from aircraft, and maintaining accurate records of baggage movement.

check-in services: oversee the check-in process, verify passenger identification, and issue boarding passes while ensuring compliance with airline policies.

safety and security: follow all safety protocols and security regulations to protect passengers and staff, reporting any irregularities immediately.
