Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is open to candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience and requires a 12th-grade education. The position is full-time and will be based at the airport.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Check-in Assistance**: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they receive their boarding passes and luggage tags efficiently.

- **Baggage Handling**: Safely manage passengers' luggage, ensuring it is loaded and unloaded from aircraft correctly to avoid damage or loss.

- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent support to passengers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with any special requests during their airport experience.

- **Boarding Support**: Oversee the boarding process by checking tickets and ensuring passengers board the aircraft in an organized manner.

- **Ground Operations Coordination**: Work closely with various teams, including flight crews and security, to facilitate smooth airport operations.
