Job Description

As Airport Ground Staff, you will assist passengers at the airport before and after their flights. You will be responsible for checking tickets, helping with baggage, guiding passengers to their gates, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Check-in passengers: Verify tickets, issue boarding passes, and assist with luggage check-in.

2. Guide passengers: Provide directions to gates, lounges, restrooms, and other airport amenities.

3. Assist passengers with special needs: Help elderly, disabled, or young travelers navigate the airport.

4. Resolve customer inquiries: Address questions or concerns from passengers in a polite and professional manner.

5. Ensure safety and security: Monitor passenger behavior and report any suspicious activities to authorities.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds.

- Customer service-oriented: Willingness to go above and beyond to assist passengers.

- Attention to detail: Ability to accurately check-in passengers and handle luggage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.

- Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using airline reservation systems and other software.
