We are looking for enthusiastic Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Raipur. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth experience for passengers and efficient airport operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Assistance:** Greet and assist passengers at check-in and boarding points to ensure they have a pleasant experience.

- **Baggage Handling:** Ensure that passengers’ luggage is collected, tagged, and loaded onto the aircraft efficiently and safely.

- **Checking Tickets:** Verify flight tickets and identification of passengers to prevent boarding issues and maintain safety.

- **Coordination with Ground Services:** Work closely with other ground service teams to ensure seamless operations, such as luggage transfers and passenger movement.

- **Customer Service:** Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues or complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Communication Skills:** Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with passengers and team members.
