Job Description

- Assist passengers during check-in process: Airport ground staff is responsible for assisting passengers during the check-in process, helping them with their luggage, issuing boarding passes, and ensuring a smooth experience for travelers.

- Manage boarding process: Ground staff are in charge of managing the boarding process, ensuring that passengers board the aircraft in an organized and timely manner, following all safety protocols.

- Coordinate with other airport staff: Ground staff need to collaborate with other airport personnel, such as flight crew, security, and ground operations, to ensure efficient airport operations and passenger services.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints: Airport ground staff should address customer inquiries, provide information about flights, airport facilities, and handle any complaints or issues that passengers may have during their travel.

- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed: It is crucial for ground staff to ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed at the airport, including baggage screening, passenger verification, and emergency response protocols.

Required Skills and Expectations:
