We are hiring a dedicated Airport Ground Staff in Srinagar to ensure smooth airport operations and a hassle-free travel experience for passengers. The role involves assisting travelers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide passengers through check-in, boarding, and departure procedures efficiently.

Provide flight information, gate directions, and travel assistance.

Manage baggage tagging, luggage handling, and documentation verification.

Address passenger queries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with airline staff, airport operations teams, and security personnel.

Ensure compliance with airport safety standards and airline protocols.

Support elderly passengers, families, and travelers requiring special assistance.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) is mandatory.

Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is an advantage.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle passenger concerns.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with airport management systems.

Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced airport environments.
