Passenger Service Associate (PSA) Airport Ground Operations

Location: All Major Airports Across India

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Roll / Contractual (As per Airport Requirement)

About the Role

Passenger Service Associate (PSA) airport par airline aur passenger ke beech ka first point of contact hota hai. Is role ka main objective hota hai passengers ko safe, smooth aur comfortable airport experience dena check-in se boarding tak.

Agar aap professional attitude, clear communication aur aviation field mein career banana chahte hain, to ye role aapke liye hai.

Key Responsibilities

Airport terminal par passengers ko check-in, boarding aur arrival assistance dena

Passenger documents verify karna (ID, ticket, baggage norms)

Boarding gate par coordination aur announcements mein support

Special passengers (senior citizens, children, wheelchair) ki assistance

Airline aur airport SOPs ka strictly follow karna

Customer queries aur basic issues ko calmly handle karna

Safety, discipline aur professional conduct maintain karna

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Any stream)

Age Limit: 1827 years

Language: Hindi & English basic communication required

Personality: Presentable, polite, confident

Medical Fitness: Airport ground duty ke liye fit hona chahiye

Aviation certificate preferred (Training ke through bhi acceptable as per guidelines)

Monthly Salary: 28,000 38,600 (depending on airport & role)
