Job Description

Join our team as Airport Ground Staff in Nellore, India. As a crucial member of the airport operations team, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, boarding, and ensuring smooth aircraft turnaround. Your key responsibilities include assisting passengers at the check-in counter by verifying travel documents and providing necessary information, handling baggage efficiently to ensure accurate transfer to aircraft, overseeing boarding processes to maintain schedule integrity, and assisting in the smooth turnaround of aircraft by coordinating with ground handling teams.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to interact with passengers and colleagues effectively, attention to detail to ensure accurate baggage handling and flight operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach. Prior experience in the aviation industry is beneficial but not mandatory, as we are open to candidates with up to 6 years of experience or freshers with a 12th pass qualification.
