Core Responsibilities:
Passenger Services: Greeting, answering questions, issuing boarding passes, checking tickets, managing inquiries about delays/cancellations, and assisting those with disabilities or young children.
Baggage Handling: Tagging, processing, and loading checked luggage, ensuring cabin bags meet regulations, and helping with lost or delayed baggage.
Check-in & Ticketing: Manning counters, selling tickets, taking reservations, verifying passenger identities, and managing check-in procedures.
Boarding & Gate Management: Directing passengers, managing boarding/deplaning, and making announcements for flight updates.
Aircraft & Ramp Operations: Assisting with loading/unloading cargo, stocking refreshments, cleaning cabins, and conducting pre-flight safety checks.
Security & Safety: Performing security screenings, ensuring compliance with rules, and assisting during emergencies.
Coordination: Liaising with flight crews, air traffic control, and other airport departments to ensure timely operations.
