Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and departure procedures efficiently.

Provide real-time flight updates, gate information, and travel guidance.

Manage baggage handling, luggage tagging, and passenger documentation.

Address passenger queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Coordinate with airline staff, airport authorities, and security teams.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) mandatory.
