Job Overview

Bhartiya Airways is inviting applications for Airport Ground Staff. The role involves passenger handling, airport operations, and baggage management. AIATC Certificate is mandatory. This position is ideal for candidates seeking long-term careers in airline ground services.

Key Responsibilities

Passenger check-in and boarding assistance

Baggage handling, tagging, and monitoring arrivals/departures

Customer support and query resolution

Assisting special passengers (elderly, children, reduced mobility)

Coordinating with airport authorities and internal teams

Ensuring safety and compliance with airport operations

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Fluent in English & Hindi

Physically fit & medically cleared for airport duties

Professional grooming and positive attitude

Certification Requirement

Only AIATC Certificate will be accepted

No other certifications will be considered

Salary & Benefits

25,000 60,000 per month (based on experience & location)

Shift/night allowances
