### **Job Summary**

Bhartiya Airways is seeking trained and customer-focused Airport Ground Staff to support safe, efficient, and high-quality airport operations. Candidates **must possess a valid Aviation / Ground Staff Certificate** to ensure compliance with operational and service standards.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct passenger check-in, boarding, and departure procedures as per Bhartiya Airways guidelines

* Handle baggage tagging, loading coordination, and arrival belt management

* Assist passengers with seat allocation, upgrades, and special service requests

* Provide special assistance to elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with reduced mobility

* Coordinate with CISF, airport authorities, ramp staff, and airline operations teams

* Ensure adherence to DGCA regulations, safety procedures, and airline SOPs

* Prepare flight documentation, load sheets, and operational reports

* Manage arrival passengers, baggage claims, and lost & found processes

* Deliver professional customer service while maintaining grooming and punctuality standards

### **Eligibility Criteria**

* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC) from a recognized board

* **Mandatory:** Valid Aviation / Airport Ground Staff Certificate

* Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

* Proficiency in Hindi and English communication

* Well-groomed, customer-friendly, and professional attitude

* Medically and physically fit as per aviation standards

* Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism, or Travel Management

* Prior experience in airline or airport ground operations

### **Salary & Benefits**

* **Salary Range:** 25,000 70,000 per month
