Airport Executive - Full Time - Freshers

We are seeking a dedicated Airport Executive to join our team at the Kolkata airport. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their airport experience.

- Check-In Assistance: Help passengers complete their check-in process smoothly, guiding them through required documentation and seat selection.

- Baggage Handling: Monitor and assist with the handling of passenger baggage, ensuring it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flights.

- Flight Information: Provide up-to-date information on flight schedules, gate changes, and delays to passengers, contributing to effective communication and customer satisfaction.

- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety and security protocols by conducting checks and adhering to airport regulations, ensuring a safe environment for all.
