Booking and Issuing Tickets: Manage flight reservations and issue tickets for domestic and international travel using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre.

Customer Interaction: Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, provide fare options, and resolve any ticketing issues that may arise.

Coordination with Airlines: Work closely with airlines to confirm bookings, handle cancellations, reissues, refunds, and special service requests (SSRs).

Documentation Management: Ensure accuracy in passenger details and maintain updated records of all bookings and transactions.

Travel Advice: Provide clients with travel advice, including information on fares, schedules, and airline policies to enhance their travel experience.
