Job Description

- handle airline customer service inquiries: the airlines executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to airline services in a professional and timely manner.

- assist with airline operations: the executive will support day-to-day airline operations, including flight scheduling, passenger check-in, baggage handling, and ensuring smooth operations at the airport.

- collaborate with ground staff: the executive will work closely with ground staff to coordinate flight activities, assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, and ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.

- conduct airline ticketing: the executive will be involved in issuing tickets, processing reservations, managing bookings, and providing accurate information to passengers regarding fares and flight details.

- maintain cabin crew coordination: the executive will collaborate with cabin crew members to ensure efficient communication, teamwork, and coordination during flights, promoting a safe and enjoyable travel experience for passengers.

- excellent communication skills: the candidate should have strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and airline personnel.
