Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. This includes helping them find their seats and providing information about the flight.

- Safety Procedures: Conduct safety briefings and demonstrate safety equipment usage. Knowledge of safety protocols is crucial to ensure passengers are safe throughout the flight.

- Service Excellence: Offer food, beverages, and other services to passengers. Cabin crew should be attentive to passenger needs and respond promptly to requests.

- Conflict Resolution: Address any passenger issues or complaints professionally and calmly. Strong problem-solving skills are essential to maintain a pleasant atmosphere on the flight.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and be female. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as a friendly demeanor. Cabin crew members should be presentable, physically fit, and able to work in a dynamic environment. A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
