Key Responsibilities:

- Safety Checks: Ensure all safety equipment and materials are available and functioning before each flight to maintain passenger safety.

- Pre-Flight Briefing: Participate in briefings with the flight crew to understand flight details and any special passenger needs.

- Customer Service: Greet passengers warmly, attend to their needs, and provide assistance throughout the flight for a pleasant travel experience.

- Emergency Procedures: Be prepared to handle emergencies by following established protocols and assisting passengers as needed.

- Meal and Beverages Service: Serve food and drinks during the flight, ensuring passengers receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner.

- Cabin Maintenance: Keep the cabin tidy and organized, ensuring all areas are comfortable for passengers during the flight.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and crew members. A positive attitude and a willingness to provide excellent service are essential. Candidates must be team-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and maintain professionalism at all times. Basic problem-solving skills are necessary to address any passenger concerns promptly. Additionally, applicants should be adaptable and open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A minimum educational qualification of 10th pass is required.
