Hiring Freshers || Cabin Crew

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Safety: Ensure the safety of all passengers during the flight by conducting safety demonstrations and being aware of emergency protocols.

2. Customer Service: Provide excellent service by addressing passenger inquiries, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.

3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow cabin crew members and the flight crew to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the flight.

4. Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the flight, ensuring that all passengers feel heard and valued.

5. Pre-flight Preparation: Assist in preparing the cabin before takeoff, ensuring that safety equipment is functional and the environment is welcoming.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and crew. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure. Physical fitness and good health are necessary as the role involves being on your feet and may require lifting baggage.
