Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.

- Provide demonstrations on safety procedures and equipment usage.

- Assist passengers during boarding, flight, and disembarkation.

2. Serve food, drinks, and other refreshments to passengers.

- Take orders, prepare trays, and serve meals and beverages.

- Address any special dietary requirements or requests from passengers.

3. Uphold high levels of customer service at all times.

- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

- Handle any passenger complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.

4. Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.

- Conduct regular checks to ensure cabin is tidy and supplies are stocked.

- Follow sanitation protocols to ensure cleanliness and hygiene on board.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

4. Physical stamina to handle long hours on feet and lifting luggage.

5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
