3. **Ground Support**: Collaborating with ground staff to facilitate seamless boarding and disembarking processes for passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety.

4. **Communication**: Effectively communicating with team members and other departments to report any issues or delays that may affect flight schedules.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times, ensuring a secure environment for passengers and crew members.
