Airport Ground Staff - Full Time - Freshers

As an Airline Ground Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of airline services at the airport. You will be responsible for assisting passengers and supporting various ground operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Check-in**: Assist passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have their tickets and identification ready for a smooth boarding experience.

- **Baggage Handling**: Safely manage passengers' luggage, ensuring it is properly tagged and loaded onto the aircraft to prevent loss or damage.

- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience for all passengers.

- **Boarding Assistance**: Help with the boarding process by ensuring passengers board the aircraft in an orderly fashion and according to their designated zones or rows.

- **Catering Coordination**: Assist in managing in-flight catering by ensuring that food and beverages are loaded onto the aircraft as per schedule.

- **Safety and Security Checks**: Conduct safety and security checks on luggage and passenger areas to maintain a safe environment at the airport.
