Face-to-Face For Airport Ground Staff Jobs (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process by verifying their tickets, issuing boarding passes, and checking luggage to ensure a quick and efficient process.

- Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of passenger baggage onto and off the aircraft, ensuring that all baggage is handled safely and delivered to the right destination.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering passenger inquiries, providing information about flights, and assisting with any issues or concerns they may have.

- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct safety checks and ensure that all airport regulations and security protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for passengers and staff.

- Coordinating with Flight Crew: Work closely with pilots and cabin crew to ensure all procedures are followed for a timely departure and safe flight.
