Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**: Assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and baggage claim to ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

- **Ticketing and Check-In**: Manage ticket sales and check-in processes efficiently, ensuring that all necessary travel documentation is processed correctly.

- **Baggage Handling**: Oversee the safe loading and unloading of luggage and assist passengers with any baggage-related inquiries or issues.

- **Ground Operations Support**: Collaborate with flight crew and other staff to ensure all ground operations run efficiently, including coordinating flight arrivals and departures.

- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.
